2.2 Website Use

This website provides information about our programmes, tuition fees, resources, and contact details. It is intended for informational purposes and to facilitate enrolment inquiries.

3. Enrolment and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

Our programmes are open to learners who wish to obtain their GED qualification. Prospective students are encouraged to schedule a campus visit before enrolling to ensure the programme is a suitable fit.

3.2 Enrolment Process

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and payment of the applicable tuition fees or deposit as communicated by GED Institute. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. GED Institute is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by students or their guardians.

4. Tuition Fees and Payment

4.1 Fees

Tuition fees are set out on our Tuition Fees page and tuition agreement and are subject to change. Any changes to fees will be communicated to enrolled students with reasonable notice.

4.2 Payment

Fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of enrolment. GED Institute reserves the right to suspend a student's access to classes if fees are not paid by the agreed due date.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the GED Institute administration. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically guaranteed. Any applicable administration charges will be deducted.

5. Student Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1 Code of Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner on campus and during all interactions with GED Institute staff, fellow students, and the broader campus environment. Behaviour that disrupts the learning environment, is abusive, or is otherwise inappropriate may result in suspension or termination of enrolment without refund.

5.2 Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for academic progress. Students are responsible for keeping track of scheduled classes and study sessions. GED Institute is not obligated to provide make-up lessons for absences, though we will endeavour to support students where reasonable.

5.3 Academic Integrity

Students must complete all assessments and exercises honestly and without engaging in any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or the misrepresentation of their work.

6. GED Examination

GED Institute prepares students for the GED examination but does not administer the GED exam itself. The GED examination is administered by Pearson VUE and GED Testing Service. Students are responsible for registering for and booking their own exams through the appropriate channels. GED Institute provides guidance to support this process but accepts no responsibility for exam scheduling, availability, or outcomes.

•        Your use of, or inability to use, our services or website

•        Any errors or inaccuracies in the content on our website

•        Any examination outcomes or academic results

•        Any interruption or discontinuation of services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total tuition fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

GED Institute provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality academic support, we do not guarantee any specific academic outcomes, pass rates, or examination results. Educational progress depends on many factors, including individual student effort and commitment.
